House of Fraser Autumn/Winter Preview
I’ve recently taken to the colour yellow and love its vibrancy so the yellow coat above is perfect for a bold statement. It can be easily toned down with monochrome or paired with corals/fuchsias for some colour blocking if you’re feeling brave. I’m a big kid in the way that I have an obsession of all things fluffy (IT’S SO FLUFFY) so the furry bags, gilets and coats were also a major hit with me – I totally have my eye on the biker jacket with fur collar. You will be mine. Other loves included: pretty much all the bags (hello muted pastels and geometric designs), cut-out heels, soft knits and casual tops because I love a good slouch tee.
Homeware AW15
I had a great time mooching round the homeware and dreaming of it all in my apartment. Apart from knocking pretty much everything over (I’m a massive klutz and shouldn’t be allowed near anything remotely breakable) I loved walking round their showroom which had been made up like a real home. The vibrant bedding stole the show for me and I wanted everything from the dining section. Expect to see plenty of metallics for the industry look in the House of Fraser A/W collection including industrial style lighting and bronze cutlery (HUGE LOVE). The furry throws, knitted blankets and cosy cushions were also favourites of mine – all that was needed was a log fire and a good film and I would’ve made myself at home there!
